🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Databricks Engineer | 100% Remote (USA) 📌 Work Authorization: Green Card holders | USC ONLY 📌 Employment Type: W2 ONLY (no C2C, no third-party/corp-to-corp) Client: Global leader in reinsurance Location: Remote, USA Experience: 7–10 years Positions: 2 What you’ll do: 🔹 Design and build scalable data pipelines on Databricks (Azure) 🔹 Develop ETL/ELT workflows using PySpark, Spark SQL and Delta Lake 🔹 Integrate data from multiple sources using Azure Data Factory and ADLS 🔹 Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost 🔹 Implement data governance and access control using Unity Catalog 🔹 Work with data architects, analysts and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions Must-have skills: ✅ 7+ years in Data Engineering ✅ Strong hands-on Databricks experience ✅ PySpark / Spark SQL ✅ Delta Lake (MERGE, SCD Type 2, time travel) ✅ Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2 ✅ Strong SQL ✅ CI/CD with Azure DevOps or Git Nice to have: ➕ Unity Catalog / Delta Live Tables ➕ Databricks certification (Data Engineer Associate/Professional) ➕ Insurance or financial services domain experience ⚠️ Please apply only if you are a Green Card holder and can work on W2.
