About the Opportunity: The SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for translating business priorities into effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving their execution from planning through delivery. This role has broad responsibilities in a startup environment, including campaign management, team coordination, and performance analysis. The position is crucial for attracting and retaining players by aligning marketing activities with the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities: Plan and execute campaigns across marketing activations, paid media, CRM, content, creators, and affiliates. Develop clear plans, briefs, deadlines, and measurable targets from company priorities. Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely progress of campaigns and projects. Coordinate internal team members, freelancers, and partners to deliver quality work on schedule. Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to support launches, promotions, and updates. Create and review campaign copy and promotional messaging consistent with the brand. Monitor campaign spending and analyze metrics related to player acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue. Test new marketing ideas, optimize underperforming efforts, and establish repeatable successful processes. Identify gaps, solve problems proactively, and report results and issues to leadership. Requirements: Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in iGaming, crypto, or related fields. Strong generalist marketing skills, comfortable with planning, execution, analysis, and coordination. Ability to independently translate broad objectives into completed work. Deep understanding of crypto, casino, streaming, and internet culture. Excellent written English skills with capability to create engaging, non-corporate content. Commercial awareness to evaluate player quality and financial outcomes beyond basic metrics. Knowledge of how acquisition, product marketing, CRM, and community activities interrelate. Experience coordinating teams and external partners for campaign delivery. Organized, proactive, accountable, with sound judgment regarding priorities and escalation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple responsibilities. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
