Role Description The Senior Director of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across meetago group’s platforms and services. This position leads cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, scalable processes, and consistent service quality for corporate clients and hotel partners. Day-to-day tasks include designing and optimizing operational frameworks, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role collaborates closely with product, sales, customer success, and finance to align operations with strategic goals, support platform integrations, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. The Senior Director of Operations also mentors team leaders, strengthens operational governance, and contributes to long-term growth and expansion plans.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management expertise, including process optimization, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based decisions. Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading distributed teams, coaching leaders, and fostering collaboration. Solid Budgeting experience in planning, forecasting, and managing operational costs and investments. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with a focus on reliability, responsiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction. Experience in the meetings, events, hospitality, or SaaS/tech sector is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, international environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
