Role Description The Senior Director of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the company. This position leads planning, execution, and improvement of core processes, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, vendor management, and customer service operations. The Senior Director of Operations will develop and monitor budgets, analyze operational data, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role manages cross-functional teams, sets performance goals, and ensures alignment with business objectives and brand standards. The position collaborates closely with senior leadership to support long-term growth, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and performance measurement. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, create reports, and support data-informed decision-making. Proven Team Management experience, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Solid Budgeting capabilities, with experience in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and retention. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or jewelry/consumer goods operations is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
