Were based in San Francisco but have team members all over the world.Our Series C put us at a $1.2B valuation, and we are backed by leading investors such as Sapphire Ventures, Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Afore Capital.About the RoleWe're looking for a front-end focused full stack engineer (70 - 80% front-end / 20 - 30% backend) to join our fast-growing engineering team, where youll help develop delightful and intuitive interfaces that enable non-technical users to easily engage with advanced features.At Hightouch, full stack engineers work closely with design, product managers, solutions engineers, and customers to understand problems and build polished and intuitive features.On a typical day, you will be :Architecting and building features end-to-end for a new generation of marketing and growth productsCollaborating closely with customers and cross-functional partners - designers, product managers - to understand real-world behaviorWorking alongside ML engineers to surface insights that empower marketers to make confident decisionsOur ideal engineer is someone who has proven experience working closely with product teams to build user interfaces from zero to one.You should be able to independently lead and architect complex frontend systems, and be proficient in building CRUD applications and with a solid understanding of backend API design and data models.Our frontend is built in React and Typescript, and our backend is also built on Typescript with some elements of Go.The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $270,000 USD per year, fully remote and location-independent.We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.Interview ProcessRecruiter Screen 30m :Introductory call with our recruiting team to get to know each other and see if the role could be a good mutual fit.System Design Screen 60m :Design a system that spans the frontend and backend, focusing mostly on the backend.Frontend Interview 90m :Work with the interviewer to architect and build a complex frontend component.Hiring Manager Interview 30m :Chat with the hiring manager about past experiences and future operating preferences to assess fit on company values and operating principles.#LI-DNICreate a Job AlertInterested in building your career at Hightouch?
