Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Leadership

• Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, articulate technical requirements, and develop solution blueprints that elevate data quality and AI readiness.
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings that translate complex data concepts into actionable business value.
• Champion data governance and stewardship practices, embedding them into the organization’s culture and operational processes.

MDM & PIM Solution Architecture

• Serve as the primary architect for MDM initiatives, designing scalable data models, hierarchy configurations, and matching/merging logic that align with business objectives.
• Develop architecture patterns and best‑practice frameworks that guarantee accuracy, completeness, and consistency across enterprise data.
• Ensure seamless integration with modern cloud data platforms such as brighthush, brighthush, and brighthush, creating clean, structured pipelines for analytics and AI.

Implementation & Team Enablement

• Oversee end‑to‑end configuration, deployment, and testing of MDM solutions, ensuring alignment with governance and AI‑readiness requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, governance processes, and user guides that empower clients to maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to build rigorous testing frameworks that validate metadata, integration, and quality standards.

Data Quality & AI Readiness Enhancement

• Design MDM workflows and governance structures that embed data quality checks, validation rules, and stewardship processes into enterprise pipelines.
• Implement dynamic lineage tracking and metadata management to ensure traceability and reliability for analytics and AI platforms.
• Lead post‑implementation reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in governance, quality, and AI readiness.
• Advocate a data‑first, AI‑ready mindset across client organizations, highlighting the strategic importance of high‑quality data.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience architecting, configuring, and deploying MDM solutions, with a deep focus on data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
• Proven track record of leading MDM projects from discovery through delivery, including stakeholder management and solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
