Your role is pivotal in translating complex technology into engaging learning experiences for teachers and students alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Installation & Validation
    • Unbox, assemble, and install a wide range of CTE/STEM equipment, including robotics, mechatronics, pneumatics, PLCs, pumps, and more.
    • Conduct thorough functionality checks, troubleshoot issues, and calibrate systems to meet manufacturer and safety standards.
    • Document installation procedures, test results, and validation reports with precision.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, district policies, and local building codes.
    • Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of spare parts and consumables, coordinating with procurement to avoid downtime.
  • Instructor Orientation & Success Enablement
    • Deliver engaging, hands‑on training sessions for teachers, administrators, and support staff on new equipment.
    • Explain key functions, safe operation protocols, and instructional integration strategies in clear, jargon‑free language.
    • Prepare classrooms and labs for instruction, including layout design, power and network connections, and safety checks.
    • Provide ongoing support and resources to help educators maximize the impact of technology in their curriculum.
    • Create and maintain training materials, quick‑reference guides, and video tutorials for future use.
  • Service, Communication & Growth
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a consistently positive, professional experience.
    • Offer first‑line troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
    • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, accessory additions, and service contracts to help schools optimize their investment.

  • Proficiency in interpreting wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and installation guides.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in lab/classroom environments.
