To develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and align with business objectives.

Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across channels.
Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver ROI
Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Google (UAC, Demand Gen, Display, PMax), and mobile programmatic partners.
Run acquisition, conversion, and retargeting campaigns across iOS and Android, with geo-level strategies for KSA & other Gulf countries.
Optimize daily toward acquisition targets, managing budget pacing and scaling decisions within agreed efficiency thresholds.
Design and run structured A/B tests (creative, audience, bidding, placement) and turn results into scaling actions.
Work with MMPs, product, and database analysis platform to ensure clean tracking, postbacks, deep links, and event quality across networks.
Manage SKAdNetwork campaigns and support conversion value mapping on iOS.
Build and activate audiences with the CRM team (MoEngage), including suppression lists, high-intent cohorts, and re-engagement segments.
Brief the creative team on weekly sprints on performance insights.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next actions.
Coordinate with platform account managers and ad-tech vendors on betas, troubleshooting, and IO requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing app install and in-app conversion campaigns.
Proven experience scaling spend on Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google App Campaigns in the Saudi or wider GCC market.
Strong working experience of MMPs (Kochava, Branch, or Adjust), SKAdNetwork attribution, and iOS privacy constraints.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort data, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. SQL or BI tool experience (Metabase, Looker) is a plus.
Solid understanding of testing methodology, budget allocation, and scaling practices.
Ability to translate data into clear creative briefs.
Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or other high-frequency booking apps.
Familiarity with CAPI / Events API setups and server-side tracking.
Experience with DCO tools (e.g., Confect) and CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage).
Exposure to incrementality or geo-holdout testing.
