What you'll do

• As a senior full-stack R&D core of the platform engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end full-stack development and evolution of the company's next-generation self-service built-in developer platform (IDP) and cloud management console (CMP). You will transform the complex cloud-native infrastructure, IaC (Infrastructure as Code), and security capabilities into a high-experience web platform that internal developers can use out of the box by writing high-quality front-end and back-end code.
• Full-stack platform function delivery: Responsible for the end-to-end development of the platform engineering portal (Web Console). You can build smooth interfaces for cloud resource application and pipeline orchestration using modern front-end technologies, and proficiently write efficient back-end services to achieve front-end integration and closed-loop delivery.
• Multi-cloud control plane and IaC packaging: Responsible for connecting to mainstream public clouds (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, etc.) APIs, and packaging and automating the underlying platformization and transformation of IaC tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu, allowing internal developers to declaratively create secure and compliant infrastructure through UI or API.
• Full-stack built-in security capabilities (SecOps): Understand security and know policies. Responsible for deeply integrating static scanning (SAST), dependency checks (SCA), IaC compliance checks (OPA/Checkov) and other security atomic capabilities of the security team into the full-stack process of the platform (for example: visually display vulnerability topologies in the front end, and perform automated interception in the pipeline and K8s admission stages in the back end).
• Observability and operational closure: Leveraging solid operational experience, enhance the stability of the platform through technical means. Design and develop full-stack observability dashboards and automated operation tools for the platform to ensure the healthy operation of the infrastructure layer and the upper-level platform.

What you'll need

Hardcore full-stack engineering development capabilities

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field, with 5 years of R&D experience, and 2 years of full-stack development experience focused on platform engineering, internal toolchains, or cloud computing platforms.
• Back-end expertise (core): Proficient in Go language or Python language, with excellent system-level programming, high concurrency handling, and the ability to develop self-developed API controllers (Controller/Operator).
• Front-end skills (essential): Proficient in at least one modern front-end framework such as React/Vue, familiar with TypeScript, and capable of independently and quickly developing complex and aesthetically pleasing backend management interfaces using Tailwind CSS or AntD/Shadcn component libraries.
• Proficient in RESTful API and gRPC interface design, familiar with microservice architecture, and possessing good front-end and back-end separation architecture design and state management capabilities.

Infrastructure, IaC, and operation knowledge

• Solid operation technology stack: Understand operations and know the pain points. Deeply understand Linux systems, network protocols (VPC, DNS, Load Balancer), and be able to independently troubleshoot underlying system failures; proficient in common architectures and daily operations of Kubernetes (K8s).
• IaC practical experience: Familiar with the working mechanisms of Terraform or OpenTofu (State, Modules, Providers), and understand how to convert configuration as code (Configuration as Code) into platform automation tasks.

Security system knowledge and implementation experience

• Full-stack thinking for security-first: Have a clear understanding of DevSecOps, understand how to seamlessly integrate security tools into the development process, and be able to use the front end to convert complex vulnerability reports into clear and friendly repair suggestions for developers.
• Policy as code: Understand OPA (Open Policy Agent) or Kyverno, and have knowledge or experience in integrating or writing security policy scripts to block non-compliant configurations (such as unsafe IaC files, non-compliant images).

Bonus points

• Those with CKA / CKS / expert-level certifications from mainstream cloud vendors will be given priority.
• Those who have led or participated in open-source projects related to platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud-native security (provide GitHub links) will be given priority.

• 多云控制面与 IaC 封装： 负责对接主流公有云（AWS、阿里云等）API，将 Terraform / OpenTofu 等 IaC 工具进行底层的平台化封装与自动化改造，让内部开发者可以通过 UI 或 API 声明式地创建安全合规的基础设施。
• 安全能力全栈内建（SecOps）： 懂安全、知策略。负责将安全团队的静态扫描（SAST）、依赖检查（SCA）、IaC 合规检查（OPA/Checkov）等安全原子能力，深度整合进平台的全栈流程中（例如：在前端直观展示漏洞拓扑，在后端流水线及 K8s 准入阶段进行自动化拦截）。
• 可观测性与运维闭环： 结合扎实的运维经验，通过技术手段提升平台的稳定性。设计并全栈开发平台的可观测性看板与自动化运维工具，确保基础设施层与上层平台的健康运行

任职要求：

硬核的全栈工程开发能力

• 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上 研发经验，且 2 年以上专注于平台工程、内部工具链或云计算平台的全栈开发。
• 后端功底（核心）：精通 Go 语言或 Python 语言，具备优秀的系统级编程、高并发处理及自研 API 控制器（Controller/Operator）的能力。
• 前端能力（必备）： 熟练掌握 React / Vue 至少一种现代前端框架，熟悉 TypeScript，能够配合 Tailwind CSS 或 AntD/Shadcn 等组件库独立、快速地开发复杂且美观的后台管理界面。
• 精通 RESTful API、gRPC 接口设计，熟悉微服务架构，具备良好的前后端分离架构设计与状态管理能力。

基础设施、IaC 与运维认知

• 扎实的运维技术栈： 懂运维、知痛点。深入理解 Linux 系统、网络协议（VPC、DNS、Load Balancer），能够独立排查底层系统故障；精通 Kubernetes (K8s) 的常用架构与日常运维。
• IaC 实践经验： 熟悉 Terraform 或 OpenTofu 的工作机制（State、Modules、Providers），理解如何将配置即代码（Configuration as Code）转化为平台自动化任务。

安全体系认知与落地经验

• 安全左移的全栈思维： 对 DevSecOps 有清晰的认知，明白如何将安全工具无感地缝合进开发流程中，能够利用前端将复杂的漏洞报告转化为对开发者清晰友好的修复建议。
• 策略即代码（Policy as Code）： 了解 OPA (Open Policy Agent) 或 Kyverno，有集成或编写安全策略脚本来阻断违规配置（如不安全的 IaC 文件、违规镜像）的认知或经验。
