Senior Product Marketing Manager
Description
Pixellot is a product-led growth company: the product sits at the center of everything we do, and it sets how we lead the market. We have deployed almost 40,000 cameras and produced close to 6 million sports matches for clients like NFHS Network, GameChanger, SportsEngine and CBC.
You will build the Product Marketing function from zero and become the bridge between Product and the market: you turn what the product can do into how Pixellot leads, through positioning, launches, sales enablement and competitive intelligence. You report to the VP Marketing and work daily with Product and Sales.
As part of your role, you will:
- Define and drive positioning and messaging for our hardware and software offerings that speak to our core personas.
- Lead and own the product market narrative: translate the roadmap into market direction, and where relevant bring market and competitor signals to the product team.
- Build and scale product launch plans for market rollouts.
- Set the direction for sales enablement and competitive intelligence: battlecards, objection handling, tracking quality and data protection.
- Manage the voice of customer: partner case studies with hard numbers, testimonials and more.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, including a function or product line built from scratch.
- Experience in a product-led company where you sat between Product and the market.
- Launches delivered through partner and channel distribution, with measurable pipeline or revenue results.
- Hands-on competitive intelligence and battlecard experience that sales teams used in live deals.
- Fluent English.
Bonus points if you have:
- Sports technology, youth sports or sports media experience.
- Experience with revenue-share, marketplace or platform business models.
- B2B2C experience
- Experience in consumer apps
