Job Title: Senior Python & Agentic AI Engineer (GoLang) Location: 100% Remote Experience Required: 8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI systems, and GoLang development to design and build next-generation intelligent platforms and autonomous AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend systems, AI orchestration frameworks, autonomous agents, and distributed microservices using modern cloud-native technologies. This role involves developing AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, workflow automation, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration while leveraging Python for AI/ML integrations and GoLang for high-performance backend services. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable AI-driven applications using Python and GoLang. - Build and deploy Agentic AI systems including autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, reasoning workflows, and tool integrations. - Develop backend microservices and APIs using GoLang and Python frameworks. - Integrate LLMs, vector databases, memory frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms. - Create AI pipelines for task planning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation, and decision-making systems. - Implement distributed and event-driven architectures for AI platforms. - Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions. - Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security of AI applications. - Build monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI agents. - Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring. Required Skills Core Technologies - Strong programming experience in Python - Strong development experience in GoLang (Go) - Experience building Agentic AI or Autonomous AI systems - Expertise in REST APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture - Strong understanding of distributed systems and concurrency - AI / ML Expertise - Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) - Hands-on with AI frameworks such as: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Haystack - Experience with: RAG pipelines, AI Agents, Multi-agent systems, Prompt engineering, Function/tool calling, Memory architectures, AI workflow orchestration - Cloud & DevOps - Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP - Docker and Kubernetes expertise - CI/CD pipeline implementation - Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event streaming systems - Databases & Storage - PostgreSQL / MySQL - Redis - MongoDB - Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Milvus Preferred Qualifications - Experience building enterprise AI platforms - Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps - Experience with fine-tuning and model evaluation - Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLM ecosystems - Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana - Exposure to AI security and governance frameworks Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field Nice to Have - Experience with real-time AI systems - Knowledge of edge AI or on-device AI - Experience working in high-scale SaaS environments - Open-source contributions in AI or Go communities
