Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with promptness and professionalism. Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through online purchasing processes. Process online orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify and resolve customer-facing issues impacting the online experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Assist in developing and updating customer service protocols and FAQs for the remote support team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Retail Associate or in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or remote setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with retail products and online sales platforms is a plus.
