Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced data architectures to support business priorities. Lead the integration and management of large-scale data systems ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver effective solutions. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance. Optimize data workflows and pipelines for efficiency and scalability. Conduct thorough data quality assessments and initiate improvements. Support the evaluation and adoption of new data technologies and tools. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in technical data roles with increasing responsibility. Proficiency in database management systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing solutions. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and big data technologies. Experience with cloud platforms and data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
