Position: Marketing Expert — Organic Growth (AI Agent Environments) Type:Contract Compensation:$60–$100/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design task briefs from real organic growth work, identifying issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
- Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
- Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
- Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO.
- Fluent in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a CMS like Contentful.
- Clear written reasoning to explain decision-making.
Preferred
- Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
