The Session Checker is responsible for reviewing and verifying service sessions, documentation, and related records to ensure they are complete, accurate, properly recorded, and aligned with established operational and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of verification activities and outstanding issues. Escalate recurring documentation or compliance concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Coordinate with clinical, scheduling, administrative, and billing teams when clarification is required. Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English when coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensure documentation is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Assist with internal audits and quality-control reviews when needed. Monitor recurring issues and help identify opportunities to improve documentation accuracy and workflow efficiency. Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is required. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred. 1–2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical/clinical documentation, ABA, behavioral health, insurance, billing, or quality assurance preferred.
