Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 educational setting located in Tehachapi, CA.This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), focusing on delivering comprehensive speech therapy services via teletherapy modalities.The role entails collaboration to support an existing caseload managed by another SLP, contributing to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that enhance student communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide teletherapy speech-language services to K-12 students.Collaborate with another SLP to manage and support a shared caseload.Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.Document and track student progress in compliance with educational standards.Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other stakeholders to support student outcomes.Desired Qualifications and Experience:Relevant certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Experience delivering teletherapy services, especially within a school environment.Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data collection.Ability to work part-time and coordinate service provision with another clinician.Excellent communication and organizational skills.This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive educational environment while working remotely through teletherapy.The director overseeing the program will return on January 16th for further details.Interested applicants are encouraged to apply promptly to be considered for this position.Compensation for this position ranges from $49.86 to $69.86.This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date..
