Social Media Intern, Athlete Partnerships

Unpaid Internship (Eligible for College Credit) Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes. Each piece delivers electrolytes that support performance, focus, and recovery. We work with thousands of college athletes and more than one hundred professional athletes across the NBA and NFL. Please note that this internship is unpaid. The intern will support NIL athlete relations and community management, representing the brand in athlete conversations and helping grow our partner network. This internship is eligible for academic credit. We will work with your school so it counts toward course credit, internship credit, or graduation requirements, and we will complete any paperwork, evaluations, or hour logs your university needs. Fully remote with flexible hours, designed for college students earning internship credit.

Requirements

Ability to commit a few hours each day on a flexible schedule. Students who need internship credit for school are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools. Interest in sports, NIL, or athlete marketing (preferred). Strong written English and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results. Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand. Assist with planning NIL campaigns around key dates in the college sports calendar. Keep the athlete partner database accurate, current, and easy to use. Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication. Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools.
