About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by developing robust, scalable software solutions. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform through the integration of real-world data and feedback. This position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, global team. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge and software development skills are what matter most. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining applications that support our mission of advancing AI capabilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, or iOS development. You should possess a strong understanding of building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems. Experience working within remote, collaborative, and agile teams is essential, along with familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities are crucial. Self-motivation, independence, and the capacity to work effectively in a distributed environment are also highly valued.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications using Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet evolving business requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices in software engineering. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance performance and reliability.
