About the Role
Stealth Startup is looking for a Senior Software Developer to build scalable data systems and machine-learning-driven applications for financial analytics and modeling. The role involves working closely with quantitative researchers and company leadership to develop high-performance systems and integrate technology with fintech platforms and financial institutions. The ideal candidate has strong production-level Python skills, at least five years of software development experience, and the ability to work independently while contributing to technical strategy and mentoring other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Build scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines. Develop machine-learning-driven financial modeling and analytics tools. Design and optimize high-performance software systems. Collaborate with quantitative researchers and company leadership. Integrate software solutions with fintech platforms and financial institutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong production-level Python programming skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications / Requirements Experience mentoring engineers is a plus. Experience in fintech or financial modeling is a plus. Salary & Benefits The compensation package includes an annual base salary of $160,000–$250,000 USD, plus a performance bonus.
