Job Title: Software Developers Location: McKinney, Tx Employer: 4Consulting, Inc Position Type: Full Time Worksite: Remote Position Summary 4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for: Develop and maintain Java applications and backend services using Spring Boot and modern software development practices. Design and implement REST APIs and event-driven integrations using messaging or streaming technologies. Develop microservices and database-driven applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot technical issues, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with Agile development teams.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires: Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience Experience with Java development, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, relational databases, messaging technologies, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies. Technical Skills Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Relational Databases, Hibernate ORM, Git Business / Domain Skills Software Development, Application Integration, API Development, Database Management, Software Testing, Agile/Scrum Communication Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing enterprise applications using modern software development frameworks and practices.
