Software Engineering - Software Engineer III

Location: Remote - USA Salary Range: $95/hr. Introduction We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into the company's Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work — handling the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests — so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered) 3–5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations/systems work. Proven experience building software integrations between different systems. Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners. Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change. Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required) Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, comparable big-tech firms). Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines. Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role) Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other organizations. Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases. Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve. Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.
