Solar Transfer Specialist (Remote, Part-Time, Flexible Hours) $185k+ OTE

What you do Make 5 minute qualifying calls to NJ and PA homeowners then live transfer to a senior advisor who handles everything from there, you dust your hands and move on to your next conversation. How you get paid
- You keep 25% of the commission on every deal you set. In New Jersey right now that averages $2,800 a deal.
- $20 to $50 every time your transfer turns into a presentation call, whether or not it closes.
- Most specialists working 3.5+ hours a day set one closed deal a week. That's about $2,800 a week before call pay.
- Weekly competitions with prizes on top.
How the schedule works
- Pick your own call blocks, 8am to 8pm ET, 7 Days a Week.
- Two hours a day earns. Three and a half is where the weekly deals start.
- Plenty of our people start next to a full-time job and shift over as the deal money grows. The role is built for that.
