Speech Language Pathologist Evaluator
We are a pediatric agency focused in early intervention ages 1-5 . We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate children under 5 using a battery of tests in an appointment that typically lasts 1.5 to 2.0 hours in person at our Chamblee clinic. Report writing can be done remotely, but the timeline is very structured, and it requires dedicated work hours for report completions if they are taken home. We finish reports each week, and our template is detailed and structured for success doing this. Two hours are paid for writing, and two hours for testing, so that each client's appointment results in 4 hours of paid time per SLP. Prior SLP's report that often they completed process in 3 hours, but the SLP can choose contract 1099 or W-2 fee and pay per client remains same at 300.00 per child. Experience in early intervention is preferred. Experience and knowledge in regard to parent training and coaching, as well as being licensed in the state of GA are requirements. Appointments are scheduled for SLP's M-F, and also available on Saturdays and Sundays if chosen. Right now we seek any time after 12:30 daily, and the testing center is a safe and secure populated building within the PDK airport with pilot schools and so on operating on weekends, so the use of the office extends to any desireable schedule. We are full for appts Mon-Fri 8-12:30 pm, but open M, T, Th, Fr and Sat after 12:30 or anytime on weekends. Create your own schedule as toddlers are available most hours and do not attend school. Working parents appreciate late afternoon or weekend appts. Part time is offered if a minimum of two evaluations per month can be committed to. Our contract fee per appointment including the report writing time is 300.00 per session. Experience in early intervention is preferred. Formal training, and informal training in administering and scoring the assessments themselves, as well as shadowing and training in conducting the appointments will be included during orientation on a flexible schedule to accomodate your work schedule !
