Sr EDI Developer

Job Title: Sr EDI Developer Location: REMOTE Type: 10 Months Contract Job Description: Client needs Developers who are very strong on Business process development and not just a mapper. Skills and experience Strong experience on IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above. Knowledge and experience in developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring of EDI IBM Sterling integrator. Good Knowledge and hands on experience in business process development. Extensive exposure on map development (X12, EDIFACT, XML, cXML, CSV, Flat files, JSON). Good understanding of communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN. Good experience with various file formats like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, cXML, CSV,JSON, Flat files. Proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs, FTP/SFTP. Manages all aspects of implementation planning & coordination Ability to provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of problems. Strong understanding of core architectural concepts for EDI implementations, including: o Encryption and security fundamentals o Authentication and authorization o Logging and monitoring o Throttling and traffic management o Scalability, clustering, and availability concepts
