Position: Sr. Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Engineer Duration: 12+ months – contract Location: Dallas, TX (100% Remote) JOB DESCRIPTION SKILLS NEEDED : We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Engineer with strong hands on expertise across Copilot Studio Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse and enterprise grade integrations The ideal candidate will design and develop intelligent workflows copilots and automation solutions leveraging modern LLM capabilities prompt engineering and Graph API integrations Primary Skills · Strong handson experience with o Microsoft Copilot Studio o Power Automate Cloud Desktop o Power Apps Canvas Model Driven o Dataverse · Experience integrating backend systems using connectors GRAPH APIs Azure Functions Dataverse 3rd party · Secondary Skills Experience in building LLM appsagents Handson with Azure AI Foundry project hubs deployments prompt flows evaluations Strong in PythonTypeScript for agent logic function calling and API integrations Solid understanding of LLM prompting system prompts fewshot patterns and safety guardrails Experience with Azure services AI Search OpenAIOSS model deployments Functions Storage Key Vault Event GridService Bus Knowledge of RAG design chunking strategies embeddings hybrid search rerankers Proficient in CICD IaC observability and cost optimization for LLM workloads Key Responsibilities 1 Copilot Studio Development · Build extend and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio including topics entity extraction actions and generative answers · Develop custom extensions using Power Automate custom connectors and APIs · Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse Graph API SharePoint Azure Functions and external services 2 Power Platform Engineering · Design and develop Power Automate flows cloud desktop business process flows · Build Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps with responsive UI and Dataverse backed data models · Implement Dataverse schema tables relationships business rules calculated columns · Apply ALM practices using ADOGitHub including solution packaging deployments 3 Integrations Connectors · Use custom connectors and Power Platform connectors to integrate backend systems o REST APIs o Azure Functions o Dataverse o Third party services SAP ServiceNow Salesforce etc · Ensure secure authentication OAuth2Azure AD throttling management and robust exception handling 4 Prompt Engineering LLM Applications · Design high quality prompts system instructions and few shot examples for LLM powered copilots · Apply grounding using enterprise data Dataverse SharePoint APIs · Work with hybridvector retrieval and RAG patterns where required 5 Microsoft Graph API · Implement secure integration with Microsoft Graph API to access and manipulate o M365 users groups o Mail calendar o Files drives o Teams channels · Create Graphpowered automations inside Power Automate and copilots Thanks & Regards SUJITH KUMAR S Senior Lead Executive – US IT Recruitment T: +1 (Direct) ext - 426| E: W: | | Innovation Customer focus Openness Respect Enterprising
