Sr. Python Backend Developer (Telecom Domain)
Technical Skills Backend & Microservices: Strong hands on experience in Python (FastAPI), REST APIs, and decoupled Microservices architecture. Event Streaming & Messaging: Deep expertise in Apache Kafka (topic configuration, partitioning strategy, consumer groups, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry). Front end Knowledge: knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Databases: Mastery of PostgreSQL, relational database design, and optimization for high throughput streaming data. DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands on experience with Docker containerisation; exposure to Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is highly preferred. Development Workflows: Proficient with Git for version control and complex collaborative branching workflows. AI Tooling: Familiarity with AI powered developer tools (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, etc.) for enhanced coding efficiency. System Design: Strong grasp of distributed systems, concurrency, event sourcing, and data consistency patterns. Domain & Leadership Telecom Domain: Proven experience in Telecom (Telecom Network Inventory, OSS/BSS, or real time event mediation preferred). Agile delivery: Experience leading and scaling technical teams in Agile / Scrum environments. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across cross functional business units.
