Provide L1.5/L2 production support for migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication. 2. Troubleshoot passkey enrollment| authentication| device registration| and user access issues. 3. Analyze WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors and browser compatibility issues. 4. Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems. 5. Monitor production incidents| analyze logs| and API transactions. 6. Collaborate with application teams| platform administrators| and vendors to support migration and resolve technical issues. 7. Hands-on knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST APIs| and Transmit Security is preferred. 8. Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
