Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience working in a high-growth technology company or fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with event-driven architectures, streaming systems such as Kafka or Pub/Sub, or microservice patterns. Background in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering. Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.

Compensation

U.S. base salary range: $150,289–$225,434 per year. The salary offered may vary based on factors including relevant experience, education, and work location.
