Your role
As a R2R Strategy and Transformation Consultant focusing on R2R processes, you'll be at the forefront of helping our clients revolutionize their finance operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and create measurable business impact.##
Your tasks
* Partner with international clients to analyze and redesign R2R processes, identifying automation and technology‐driven improvement opportunities.* Contribute to high‐impact finance transformation projects delivering measurable business value.* Participate in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, helping shape future‐state finance organizations.* Apply R2R expertise to recommend solutions improving efficiency, controls, and management insight.* Collaborate with Finance, IT, and client Subject Matter Experts to translate business needs into scalable solutions.* Support ERP and finance system implementations (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle).* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, bringing innovative ideas into transformation initiatives.##
Your profile
* Min. 5 years of Experience in finance transformation or R2R processes, with strong interest in process improvement and automation.* Good understanding of R2R process flows and finance operations.* Experience working with or around ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle or similar).* Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.* Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with clients and stakeholders.* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.##
