Structural Designer

Remote Full-time Now Hiring

Job Description:

Contribute and support structural design efforts
Directly contribute to the Firm and its success through drafting and design efforts
Execute drafting and design duties as required to ensure quality is always maintained
Capable of interpreting information set forth in a Basis of Design, field surveys and code research
Responsible for the delivery of the technical design of project tasks from design through construction admin
Preparation of schematic design and design development drawing sets with direction from the team
Support to senior engineer by working on specific design tasks, markups, and review comments as assigned
Development and implementation of design criteria from concept through detailed design and construction
Attendance and participation in weekly discipline meetings and design review meetings with clients

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years drafting and design experience at an MEP Engineering firm or A-E firm
Associates degree in Drafting and Design or SE degree
Operational Experience in REVIT
Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
