What You'll Do
- Work on a defined project in synthetic biology, bioinformatics, lab automation, or software development
- Collaborate with your mentor and team members to achieve project milestones

- Participate in team meetings, demos, and cross-functional learning sessions
- Present your project outcomes to the team at the end of the internship

What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior undergraduate in biology, bioinformatics, computer science, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Available for a 10–12 week summer commitment
- Basic programming skills (Python, R, or JavaScript)
- Strong curiosity about biotechnology, computational biology, or scientific software
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with guidance from a mentor
Nice to Have
- Lab experience in molecular biology, microbiology, or biochemistry
- Coursework in bioinformatics, data science, or machine learning
- Experience with web development or data visualization
- Familiarity with DNA design, cloning, or protein engineering concepts
