SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH ITALIAN Overview International company providing IT services is looking for a Support Engineer with knowledge of Italian. The position is full‑time and can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
Solve problems reported by users by phone, e‑mail or other communication channels. Record, describe and manage incoming reports in the system. Co‑create a knowledge base on emerging faults and ways to solve them. Daily cooperate with teams in other locations.
Requirements
Excellent command of Italian. Good command of English (B1). Getting along well with people. Positive attitude and a desire for self‑improvement. No previous professional experience in IT required. Offer Salary: PLN 6000 gross. Employment contract. Possibility of working 100% remotely. Up to 4 extra days of paid leave.
