Summary
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support the modernization of our Contact Center Platform. This role bridges business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, QA, and platform partners to ensure requirements are clearly defined, technical dependencies are understood, and solutions are delivered successfully. Key skills: Strong NICE Contact Center platform knowledge and SME-level understanding of functionality, integrations, dependencies and data flows Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience Experience translating business needs into technical/system requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, interfaces and application dependencies Experience supporting system testing, UAT, defect resolution and production readiness Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum and SDLC experience Experience working across business, product, engineering, architecture and QA teams Preferred: Hands-on exposure to building a custom Agent Desktop using NICE platform/SDK Experience with other CCaaS platforms such as Genesys or Five9 Banking or Credit Union domain experience Exposure to modern AI tooling for requirements/solution activities Interested?
