Talent Acquisition Manager
About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing professional services organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute strategic recruiting initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in attracting top talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and developing scalable recruitment processes to support continued growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the unique hiring needs of professional services firms, and can balance strategic talent acquisition initiatives with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across corporate, operational, and professional services positions. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry relationships. Manage the recruiting process from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Develop and optimize talent acquisition processes to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire. Leverage applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates. Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates. Support employer branding initiatives and help position the organization as an employer of choice. Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices. Collaborate with HR and business leadership on workforce planning and long-term talent acquisition strategies. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience. Previous recruiting experience within professional services, consulting, accounting, finance, legal, or related industries strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership-level positions. Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying passive candidates. Experience partnering directly with executives and senior-level hiring managers. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting technologies. Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting initiatives in a remote environment. Bachelor's degree preferred.
