Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from posting job openings, sourcing, reviewing and screening applications, conducting psychological testing, conducting interviews, background checking to onboarding new employees.
Maintaining Application Training System and reporting recruitment report.
Responsible for On Boarding Process, HR Orientation, Gather and Analyze Employee Feedback for achieving Employee Satisfaction.
Coordination with HRBP to achieve Manpower fulfillment
Responsible for leading and monitoring Talent Acquisition team performance to achieve fulfilment targets.
Collaboration with recruitment agency to fulfill the target and build effective hiring.
Qualification Requirements:
Must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychological Science, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development or any equivalent course
Must have minimum 5 years recruitment experience.
Having at least 3 years minimum experience in Managerial Level
Having experience in recruiting Technology, Data, Product, Commercial, Supply Chain area and Managerial Level Position.
Having experience in startup / e-commerce industry are preferred
Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes and strategies.,
Strong Leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
Initiative, proactive, agile, and must be a team player
Excellent communication and presentation skills
