Job Title: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Location : Remote Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation. Define technical architecture, platform strategy, and solution roadmaps. Architect solutions across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps. Lead platform integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies. Establish architecture standards, governance, security, scalability, and performance best practices. Guide technical teams on custom application development, scripting, and platform configuration. Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical leads. Review technical designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Lead platform upgrades, instance strategy, and technical debt reduction. Mentor developers, technical consultants, and solution architects. Required Skills Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture and platform capabilities. Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and custom applications. Experience with enterprise integrations, authentication, and data architecture. Knowledge of security, access controls, performance optimization, and platform governance. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and architectural decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential. ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), where applicable to the role. Experience leading large-scale, global ServiceNow transformations. Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud technologies.
