We’re looking for a Technical Engineer to join Sectra. This role is ideal for someone with 5–10 years of experience in system deployment, configuration, or technical implementation within healthcare IT. You’ll play a critical role in installing, configuring, and optimizing Sectra’s Enterprise Imaging solutions, helping hospitals and health systems deliver better care through smarter technology. In this role you will: - Lead and execute deployments of Sectra’s Enterprise Imaging software, databases, and related tools - Configure integrations with third-party systems including PACS, EMRs, modalities, dictation systems, and AI platforms - Collaborate with project managers, healthcare IT teams, and customers to ensure successful implementations - Support and lead data migration activities during project transitions - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform diagnostics remotely or on-site - Deliver technical training sessions and mentor junior team members - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within deployment processes - Occasionally work outside of standard hours to support go-lives and critical implementations
