[Responsibilities] - Partner with executive leadership to define and implement technical strategy for enterprise platforms and modernization initiatives. - Lead the transition to home grown, greenfield full stack solutions across Legal, Finance, Commercial, HR, Marketing, and Sales applications. - Champion platform modernization, integration projects, and acquisition-driven enhancements. - Translate complex technical concepts into actionable, enterprise-ready roadmaps and solutions. - Design and deliver full stack solutions that integrate seamlessly with platforms like ServiceNow and Workday. - Align cross-functional teams operating in both legacy and modern application environments. - Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and executive leadership. - Build and maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and communications for transparency and decision-making. [Required Skills and Experience] - Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong technical background. - Proven ability to engage with engineers and understand architectural and development tradeoffs. - Experience shaping technical strategy in large-scale enterprise settings. - Background delivering greenfield solutions integrated with platforms such as ServiceNow or Workday. - Broad domain expertise across Legal, Finance, Commercial, HR, Marketing, and Sales applications. - Success leading programs that integrate multiple enterprise systems. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and introducing best practices. - Exceptional executive communication, reporting, and insight-building skills. - AI & Automation Mindset: Hands-on experience embedding AI into solutions and articulating its business value; adaptable to environments where AI shapes development practices.
