We’re looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to support our installer network across Pretoria – all from the comfort of your remote setup! What You’ll Do: - Empower and support installers to promote our full product range. - Drive upselling and cross-selling through installer channels. - Conduct site visits for installations, diagnostics, and technical guidance. - Deliver on-site training and product awareness sessions. - Capture and log every interaction in CRM, providing actionable insights. - Act as the voice of the market, reporting trends and competitor activity. Your Impact: - Maintain top-notch installer satisfaction. - Ensure all installer interactions are accurately logged. - Boost product adoption across your region. - Contribute to weekly reports that shape strategy. What You Bring: - 3+ years in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security experience is a bonus). - Strong technical knowledge with problem-solving skills. - Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your territory independently. - Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence - petrol will be compensated.
