Fonctions et responsabilités
- Visites commerciales pour la prospection, l’acquisition et la fidélisation des clients.
- Recherche et développement de projets de prescription.
- Gestion et suivi des clients (installateurs, distributeurs, cabinets d’architecture, bureaux d’études, promoteurs immobiliers et entreprises de construction).
- Suivi des projets de leur lancement jusqu’à leur achèvement : Rédaction des projets. Coordination du dessinateur-projeteur prescripteur. Préparation, suivi et négociation des offres et des projets.
- Préparation, suivi et négociation des offres commerciales.
- Relations avec le promoteur, l’entreprise de construction et l’installateur selon la phase du projet.
- Support après-vente technique : Assistance et mise en service des installations. Support technique aux différents intervenants (promoteur, constructeur, installateur, etc.). Coordination du service après-vente technique.
- Gestion de projets sur chantier (suivi des installations).
- Soutien aux stratégies marketing.
- Gestion des encaissements et suivi des incidents ou litiges.
- Élaboration de rapports de gestion périodiques (visites clients, offres réalisées, etc.).
- Interface entre les clients et l’usine de fabrication.
- Gestion de la base de données clients de son secteur. Présentation de l’entreprise, des catalogues et des produits. Fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Coordination des formations technico-commerciales destinées aux installateurs.

Proven sales and project management experience in HVAC or construction; technical knowledge of climate control systems; ability to manage client relationships and coordinate projects; French language proficiency.
