Technical Project Coordinator 12 Month Contract (Possible extension) Location: 100% Remote (Client located in Columbus, IN) Work Shift: Monday through Friday - 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour flexible shift)
- Must be able to work on W-2 basis
- Flexible with location and hours.
- Main working hours: 8 am–5 pm EST.

The company also provides related technologies including fuel systems, controls, air handling, emission solutions, and electrical power generation systems. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of the Power System Diagnostic Solution (PSDS) solution across pilot sites. This role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Customer Support and regional teams to ensure successful proof-of-concept (POC) execution, launch readiness and product adoption. Project Management & POC Execution
- Support end-to-end project coordination for PSDS proof-of-concept (POC) deployments across multiple regions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and action trackers
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure deliverables are completed within aggressive timelines.
- Track POC status, feedback captured from technician and communicate progress, risks and any mitigation plans to leadership.
Launch Readiness
- Coordinate launch readiness activities across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Service, and Business Development teams.
- Ensure all technical, operational, and business deliverables are completed before customer deployment like training, checklist, etc.
- Support pilot execution, validation activities and production readiness reviews.

- Gather business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Document functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business needs.
- Facilitate meetings / requirement review to align product requirements and deployment expectations.
