COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and troubleshoot telecom, VoIP, unified communications, AV, VTC, and conferencing technologies
- Maintain collaboration platforms, conference room solutions, and end-user services
- Perform testing, documentation, incident resolution, and vendor coordination
- Support meetings, special events, technology upgrades, and modernization efforts
COMMON QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with telecom, unified communications, AV/VTC, or collaboration environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Poly, Webex, or similar technologies
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
- Ability to support onsite and remote users
- Industry certifications are a plus
Salary Range - $55,000 - $120,000 annually
Salary ranges provided are estimates only and may vary based on experience, location, contract requirements, education, certifications, and market conditions.
REMOTE WORK
While our office is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, these positions can be worked remotely in the following locations.
