Our client, a global consumer packaged goods company, is hiring a temporary patent paralegal to assist with their patent prosecution portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
Invention and matter intake Patent application filing coordination Formalities and signature management IDS (Information Disclosure Statement) management Matter abandonment and projects that may require patent legal support Qualifications 1-2 years of experience Experience conducting patent queries on USPTO and other sites, such as WIPO and EPO Familiarity with Symphony, Max IDS, PatBase and PatSnap Strong attention to detail, organization, adherence to various filing deadlines LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
