Your role
As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients by identifying their concerns, offering effective solutions, and educating them on products and services
- Track, monitor, and document all incoming client calls for accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues, as well as contribute ideas for improving products and services
- Maintain compatibility with the product database by developing a working knowledge of the current platform
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
What You Need: Non-negotiables:
- At minimum, must have completed at least 2 years of college
- At least 2 years of experience in client services or customer service in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable navigating various system tools and platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
