Training Director
Training Director - Multifamily - Remote USA Responsibilities: - This position is responsible for training the formalized education programs that include the leasing, marketing and management curriculum company-wide. - This includes one-on-one coaching as necessary, developing marketing initiatives and property support as needed. - Other responsibilities are assisting in developing and expanding the current marketing and management function, that will creatively boost occupancy and revenues and direct the leasing and marketing efforts. - In addition, this position will contribute to employee motivation programs, educational conferences and company contests. - Must be able to comprehend and assess current regional market conditions and make recommendations to Regional Property Managers and Property Managers for profitable sales strategies and exhibit a level of professionalism and enthusiasm that motivates others. Education and Experience: - Education: BA/BS in related field - Experience: 5 years experience in apartment property management, 2 years as a Property Manager with a proven successful track record. All others need not apply. - Previous Apartment Training Experience Required Travel: - Travel: 50% Travel
