About Us
Psilly Goose makes functional beverages, including Silly, a non-THC drink made with kanna and lion's mane, alongside our hemp-derived line. We're a small, scrappy team growing fast across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and wholesale, and creator content is at the center of how we grow.
About the Role
You'll run our creator program on Trybe, the platform where creators make short-form videos for Psilly Goose and get paid from the sales and ad results their content drives. You'll decide which content gets approved, coach creators to make better videos, keep the community buzzing, and feed the best-performing ideas back into our ads. This role is a fit if you live on TikTok and Instagram, can tell in five seconds why one video converts and another doesn't, and love helping creators get better. What You'll Own Submission Review Review every video creators submit on Trybe. Approve, reject, or request revisions based on our creative standards and compliance rules (accurate product facts, no unapproved health claims). Creator Feedback Give specific, actionable notes on every video you review. Coach creators on what makes a winning hook, product demo, and call to action. Creator Approval & Recruiting Review and approve inbound creators who fit the brand. Send our full allowance of creator invites every cycle. Creator Communication Answer every creator message promptly and in brand voice. Follow up with creators who received product but owe a video or have gone quiet, until each one delivers or is closed out. Top Creator Relationships Check in regularly with our top-performing creators. Keep them engaged with early briefs, feedback, and recognition so they keep creating for us. Ad Center Insights Log what's working and what isn't (winning angles, hooks, formats) in our Ad Center so the creative and ads teams can act on it. Community & Partnerships Run our creator Discord: post announcements and briefs, answer questions, and keep engagement high. Be the main point of contact with our Trybe account managers.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves Seriously organized. You can track dozens of creators and conversations at once without dropping one. Fluent in AI. You already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude every day to work faster. Built for a fast pace. You juggle multiple things at once and see every one through to the end. Short-form native. Deep fluency in TikTok and Instagram, and a sharp eye for what makes a video perform. Clear, encouraging feedback. You can tell a creator what to fix in a way that makes them want to fix it. A love for social media. You love social media, and have an eye for good content and what converts. Nice-to-Haves Experience with UGC platforms, creator management, or influencer marketing. Discord community management experience. Comfort reading ad metrics like ROAS, hook rate, and CTR. You've created UGC content yourself. Interest in functional beverages, botanicals, or wellness. Details Type: Part-time, independent contractor Location: Remote. Los Angeles-based candidates preferred. Schedule: Weekdays, aligned to Pacific Time Pay: $25-$30/hour
