Turf Sample Order Coordinator

Coordinate customer sample requests from entry through dispatch. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. What you will do Record requested samples and verify mailing details. Send complete sample requests to the on-site team responsible for preparation. Track dispatch updates and follow up on missing information or customer questions. What will help you succeed Accurate order details and dependable follow-through. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes. Benefits and schedule Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays. Part-time employees: prorated paid time off. Paid training.
