UKG Payroll Implementation Specialist

Payroll Implementation Specialist – Manchester Area, NH KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with an established New Hampshire company seeking two Payroll Implementation Specialists. These newly added permanent positions will join a growing team and work directly with clients on payroll system implementations, configuration and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on payroll system implementation experience and enjoy working directly with clients in a project-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Manage payroll system implementations from initial setup through launch Work with clients to understand requirements and configure appropriate solutions Coordinate implementation timelines, testing and deliverables Troubleshoot configuration and system issues Assist with data validation and ensure accuracy throughout implementation Train and support clients on system functionality Partner with internal payroll and benefits teams Maintain implementation documentation and client records

Requirements

Prior hands-on payroll/HCM implementation experience Experience with a major payroll platform; UKG experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of payroll processes Intermediate Excel skills Strong client-facing communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Degree and payroll certification helpful but not required Compensation: $80K–$100K plus excellent benefits . Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote, would consider fully remote but you must live locally to be able to get to the office on occasion.
