KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

​​• Assist underwriters in the preparation, issuance, and review of quotes, binders, and policy documents. • Collect, verify, and organize underwriting data, documentation, and supporting materials. • Perform data entry and maintain underwriting systems, tables, and files to ensure accurate recordkeeping. • Monitor underwriting mailboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and follow up on outstanding items from brokers and clients. • Coordinate with various internal teams, including operations and compliance, to resolve processing issues. • Support adherence to underwriting guidelines and assist with audit and quality control activities.​

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

​​• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or related administrative roles. • Familiarity with insurance principles, underwriting processes, or policy administration preferred.​
