US-Based Founding Growth Partner / Fractional CMO
Ceylonry Labs builds business software aligned to how operators actually run their businesses. Its flagship product, Ceylonry POS, serves restaurants, cafes, retail stores, salons and growing SMBs across Sri Lanka. The company is scaling domestically and has a stated long-term ambition to enter the US market. This founding growth partner engagement sits at fractional CMO level. The local team manages execution, sales, onboarding and operations. The fractional hire brings the strategy and the systems, with a potential path to leading the US go-to-market as the company internationalises. Compensation is structured flexibly and may include performance-based profit participation and milestone-based equity in addition to a fractional fee.
- Own customer acquisition strategy and growth planning across paid and owned channels
- Plan and optimise Meta, Google and other paid campaigns to drive measurable pipeline
- Design high-converting offers, landing pages and full-funnel conversion flows
- Build lead-to-demo-to-customer conversion systems and A/B testing frameworks
- Track and improve unit economics including CAC, CPL, LTV and payback period
- Develop a repeatable, scalable growth model grounded in proven US SaaS go-to-market playbooks
- Proven background in B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation
- Experience with POS, payments, FinTech, or restaurant and retail tech preferred
- Hands-on performance marketing capability across Meta and Google paid channels
- Prior work with early-stage startups and US go-to-market execution
- Comfort being measured on customer and revenue acquisition metrics, not vanity metrics
- US-based with the ability to operate independently across time zones
